“I've been coming to the Crosby Laundromat since 2017, the facility itself has always maintained the same level of cleanliness, the customer service is exceptional. I have had machines eat quarters a few times over the years and they have always made it right. The only thing I struggle with is how hot the facility gets with the machines running and how much time I spend folding in the heat and forget to bring a fan or some water, I would highly recommend to anyone doing more than a load or two to remember these things so you don't get overheated.”
