Tremolo has been great in terms of service and support. Logan was especially great and helped me out this weekend to get my wireless back and up and running.

Amazing how only 5 stars make it to the reviews page but I see nothing but complaints from people. What joke and monopoly this compny is. Willingness to work with people to resolves issues is a laughable joke.

These guys are absolutely awesome, best Telco company ever. In my both my work and personal life I have dealt with many providers who are almost impossible to communicate with, don't give you clear ETA's for service, and don't always give you the best value for the service you receive. Tremolo is on another level - you call them and someone answers right away who can help you. I have had them out twice for service since being a customer, and they have sent a tech out within hours, and I am just a small lowly residential customer . Also the service is fantastic, the speed and reliability of the fiber connection I have to my cabin is wonderful. Keep up the great work!

Carl is an amazing person! He helped me get fast installation and always answered the phone or replied to emails! Very knowledgeable and friendly! They deliver incredibly fast speed!

Crosslake Communications, and Technician Justin in particular, are incredible! I accidentally disabled my older modem last night. I called Crosslake Communications today and was immediately connected with a Technician, Justin. He quickly diagnosed the problem, told me they would provide me with a new modem FREE OF CHARGE, and gave me precise instructions on how to install it. I was back up and running in no time! Just before the 4th of July Holiday Weekend! SO much better than dealing with large companies like CenturyLink, etc. Thank you Justin!

We have a summer cabin in Crosslake. I emailed to set up new service for the summer. After a few back and forth emails, they said "call me, it's easier to explain" That should have been my first clue. They apparently don't call new customers. I called on a Wednesday. She's at lunch, so I left a message. No call back. Called thursday (Different time). She's at lunch, left a message. No call back. Called Friday (different time). She's at lunch. I noted i've tried 3 days in a row, can someone else help? No, she's the only one. Called later friday, she's on another call, try back in 15 minutes. Call back, she's away from her desk. No call back YET. Now, monday and no call back from the ONLY PERSON that can help? So I call again (earlier). SHES AT LUNCH!!!! Can I please talk to someone else. No, she's the only one. I WILL have her call you. 3PM Monday, I receive a call from them, YAY! I'd like it scheduled please. Ok, first date is 15 days out, do you want morning or afternoon? I need sooner please. "These spots fill up quick" is the response. My biggest point of contention here is that if you had called back one of the prior 3 days I reached out, perhaps there would have been an earlier time???? Just saying. Finally, I mention there is already cable to the home (installed by Crosslake Communication), can I just pick up the modem? No, they need to test it themselves. I will simply use my Hot Spot. If this is the customer service I receive when trying to set up service, I cannot imagine what it must be like once they have my money. Yuck!!!!! Jeff A

We are very pleased with Crosslake Communications! When ever we've had a problem with out internet it's taken care of ASAP. Today we had an issue and Dillon personally came out mud afternoon on a Friday and took the time and care to fix the issues .That's service!!
