The only reason the store gets a chew is because it is neat and clean, compared to many in the area. Aside from that, I would give them a zero for customer service. The staff are very unwelcoming, rude, unfriendly, and probably should not be working with the public.

The equipment for FedEx pickup wasn't working and I left packages that couldn't be shipped and because of that I had to drive 30 miles back and pick them up. I had issues before at this place before with packages that should of been shipped but weren't. Otherwise I think the store is a waist of time

Not sure what happened but it seems like overnight the store turned into a poorly ran garage sale at best. I would love to discuss customer service but you first have to have it. Absolutely rude, inconsiderate, unwelcoming, and very unprofessional. I no longer see familiar friendly faces. You might as well just close the doors. I wanted to give this store no stars as it seems they were moving forward and overnight decided to go back to what wasn't working. I am appalled and will no longer shop Dollar General.

The store has come a long way up a rough road over the past year plus. The current staff is a great addition to the store and area and are always ready to help.

Hours have not been matching the nationally published DG hours, even for major sale days. This store has been opening late and closing early. I tend to not bother to go in, because I get there and they're closed! Not sure who designed the parking lot.... access to the lot is weird. DG stores are always cluttered and understaffed, this one is no exception. Glad they have a self-checkout.

Customer service here is terrible! It seems the employees would rather not have customers. Very rude to all customers.

Hopefully, this is helpful feedback to the store owner: put a message on your phone with the store hours so people don't drive 20 minutes out of their way to find the store closed. I tried calling several times before making my way there. The store posts the hours with a handwritten note stating "Open 9-4". Very limited hours. I'm not going to take time off of work to visit the dollar store. It would be nice if you were open at 8 am and closed at 6 pm or something. Hopefully this is helpful.

Use to love coming here quick and east as I live in crosslake. But since new employee's started its absolutely horrible. Cussing when customers come up to the front.

Never open. For the last month or so I've tried going during normal business hours and they say they are open and the door is locked. Sign on door says 9-5 daily, went at 3 and they were closed. Ended up shopping at Ace across the street which was fully staffed and open.

This WAS an awesome store up until about a month ago. Not sure what happened but it is now self checkout only and there's stuff clogging up the already tight isles. Staff is almost non-existent. Very disappointing!!

I was doing self checkout and I needed assistance, the lady was in the back doing her own thing. She screamed saying she was coming out. I stood there for like 10 minutes waiting for her to come back.

Best Dollar General I've been to. Clean, nicely stocked and friendly staff. Great place to pick up some basic essentials and other items. Walking distance to the Corps of Engineers Campground too.
