Most of the staff are polite besides this one older lady that is a cashier. I've seen her lash out on customers (including myself) many times. Management should step in.

Great staff good people their prices are going up the way high ridiculously high I was in there the other day and they wanted 60 bucks for a used king size blanket other things are going out there dish ware I was hoping they would keep it at reasonable prices they stop their dollar sale on Saturdays it's too bad they're getting almost as bad as common good on their prices I think they think it's a personal boutique

After going to goodwill to donate items for most of my life ... 64 plus years, I've decided that from now on I'm just going to throw everything out and bring it to the dump. I just don't understand why a place that relies on donations seem like they're p***** off when you get there. I don't get it. It's not been like this at any other goodwill that I've ever visited in this country. They're usually happy that you're there or at least cordial. No, not here!! To the dump I go......

Nice people. They're part of the Duluth series of Goodwill, so normal discounts that I use in the Twin Cities don't work.
