Be sure to keep your rental records and receipts. Also be sure you get invoices. I was just contacted by them to prove that I paid my rent from over 2 years ago . I had to take copies of my bank statements to show them that I did pay my rent . Basically do not use the online payment option . Send checks and get a receipt.

Most of my belongings were ruined by water damage due to a leaky roof. Very disappointed in dealing with the owner.
