“I found the battery I needed. Said on the web site it was a fit. I called to confirm. When I arrived these said “this is the closest fit we have, it should work”. It was up to me to take it or leave it. I had the old battery and knew it was close to the same size however given it’s for a motorcycle I knew I didn’t have much cushion for error. I brought it home and fortunately it does fit.”
“Fast service, I had them put a new battery in my car remote about 2 months ago. I did not get lifetime replacement then.
Car told me battery was low again.
So this time I paid up for lifetime battery replacement.
Now im good.”

“Last year at the end of writing season, I took my battery out of my motorcycle, put it in the house with a battery tender on it. The spring when I put it back in my bike and try to start it it wouldn’t start. It sounded like the battery was almost dead so I checked it and it was fully charged I took the battery back into batteries plus and they put a load tester on it and found that the cranking amps were gone. Being the battery had a two-year warranty on it they gave me a brand new battery. I took the battery home, put it in my bike and it started right up! Yay! Thank you, batteries, plus!”

“Went to O'Reilly with some car trouble to diagnose and David went above and beyond and basically fixed it for me. Well, not basically: he did fix it. With one part that cost $9. Great service. Friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.”
“One of this location employee, had helped reinstalling a new battery in a 15 degree weather after a previous one had an unknown issue, persuaded to use their tools instead, and answered all of the questions that were asked. Service was completed as alright overall. Glad that they have a long time warranty on car batteries whenever you need them replaced at a bad time or switched if you only had them for less than a few years bought at O’Riellys! Overall good experience.”

“Went in and hot some air fresheners. And to see why my service why the ESC was dinging in my van. The scanner apparently doesnt work for electric faults and only the check engine light. Does anyone know a shop who does have the tool to run a diagnostic scan that can read off which sensor is faulty. Or if it just needs a hard reset for the auxillary battery i just changed. It completely died before i changed it so maybe it needs a kick; JN je boot to run properly.”
“I spend a lot of time and money maintaining three vehicles and the staff here have always been very nice, helpful, thoughtful, and have helped me find alternate less expensive solutions for certain repairs. They also don't give me crap or look at me like I have three heads when they find out that I'm a girl who works on cars. If they don't have what I need, I can usually either buy it in store and go pick it up at the distribution center or they'll find it for me at another store.”

“The Minnetonka location's store size isn't the largest O'Reilly's in the area, however the customer service is always great and if they don't have the part you need in stock they will work to get it in as soon as possible.”
“It’s hard to locate the first time. Turn into the parking lot entrance closest to E 26th Street and the front entrance is door 4 in the parking lot. Check online for in stock items before going. Staff was helpful finding parts at other locations for me.”
