“Best place to buy a car battery. Easy access to stores,fast, honest workers. Takes 10 minutes, my last 2 batteries installed here. Last battery lasted 7.5 years. A few bucks more but worth the convenience plus 10% off when bought online.”
“I went to the O’Reilly in Golden Valley this evening thinking Eagan had sold me the wrong bulbs for my headlights. When my husband and I walked in Russ greeted us promptly and was so polite. He reassured us that we had the correct lights and even offered to install them for us. He was quick, efficient, polite, friendly. It’s pretty cold outside this evening and he stood out there in the cold changing a total of 3 bulbs for us because we couldn’t guarantee that the one high beam light hadn’t been touched. I offered to buy him a cocoa and he hesitated but I insisted. He looked a bit surprised when I came back with the cocoa I had promised him, he again politely thanked me. I think that the world could use more Russ’ his customer service is impeccable. I will be back to this location in the future.”

“I called Battery Plus in Maple Grove and spoke with Anthony to get a price quote on a new battery while I was dropping my car off at Midas in Maple Grove who was closed at the time. Anthony who was extremely polite and provided me with all the information. I immediately drove my car to Battery Plus and when I arrived Anthony had my battery at the counter waiting for me to purchase. He installed it right away. I would highly recommend BP. “Okay let me start this by saying, I know nothing about cars. (I'm a 25 year old woman trying to learn how to maintain and fix my own vehicle.)So, I walked into O'Reillys clueless asking for a stain remover. I was greeted by some helpful gentlemen and referred to Sherm. He helped me select the right cleaning solvent to get the coffee out of my car seats. As the other gentlemen claimed, Sherm is the expert, so I decided to ask some more car questions. Having a hefty scratch on the back of my car, I was wondering if I could take care of that myself. He helped me hand select the products needed, taught me how to do it, wrote it down and reviewed it with me. He looked up the style and make of my car to confirm we got the right paint, and made sure I understood how to do it. I also have a cracked fender/bumper(cluelessness example) and he helped me buy the products needed, and physically assisted me with putting the lug nuts on. As an older gentlemen he was on the ground helping me fix my issues. He made me confident that I could fix my scratches on my car, and he was incredibly professional and resourceful. I promised Sherm I would come back to show him the result when I repainted my scratches like he told me. When I came home, I told my fiancé about the encounter and he stated "they don't make them like that anymore". That's the truth, he took time out of his day to explain, assist, and physically look at the car issues I was facing. I was nervous walking into an auto repair store knowing nothing about cars or how to fix them, but genuinely walked out feeling motivated and confident to do it myself. Sherm is the best, he's experienced and has great customer service. They truly don't make them like him anymore. (Give that man a raise)”

I trust these people under the leadership of the manager/supervisor that's been there for the last 10 years or so. They're my go to Auto parts store.”
“Headlite bulb burned out. I got it out of the socket but not bulb itself. worked with Justin on new bulb. He offered to help when i told him bulb replacement gave me trouble. Replaced all within minutes and sent me on my way. Very satisfied!!”
“The Minnetonka location's store size isn't the largest O'Reilly's in the area, however the customer service is always great and if they don't have the part you need in stock they will work to get it in as soon as possible.”

“Employees are top-notch. I go there when napa fails. I am oftentimes looking for parts/filters for generators/ heaters etc. I don't have a "vehicle to just type in" The employee's will not stop tell you get your part. Warehouse is just up the street.”
