I can’t say enough great things about Cub Pharmacy in Crystal! The team here is absolutely outstanding. A special thank you to pharmacist Georgie, who personally went the extra mile to make sure I was able to get my medications right when I needed them. That kind of dedication and care is rare, and it really means a lot.
The staff as a whole are equally impressive. Even while handling an incredibly busy pharmacy, I witnessed them stop what they were doing to provide vaccines for elderly walk-ins. Many pharmacies frown on walk-ins, but here the focus is truly on keeping everyone safe and healthy.
Professional, caring, and community-minded — this pharmacy is a perfect example of what healthcare should look like. Thank you, Georgie and the entire staff, for all that you do!

I moved but instead of changing my pharmacy I decided to stick around. Even if that means I have to drive a little further.
Kristine the pharmacist is absolutely fantastic and patient. Willing to help take the time with some insurance questions and issues. Will stay with this pharmacy!

Incredibly nice, friendly pharmacy staff. I get my prescriptions here because they care…a nice, small town pharmacy-feel that I prefer to Walgreens or CVS.

My only complaint is that they do not dispose of needles. Otherwise the staff is excellent and I never have issues.

This is my go to store for whatever whenever I need. Today I stopped by after work to get gas and a few things in the store. I gathered things that I needed then got to self check-out line, comes a middle age white woman with a cart full of stuffs, she was seriously saying she was in line before me, I was shocked to see such a human existing on earth. At the same time there were 4 people in front of me but no one said a word though people are embarrassed by it. I told her go ahead and God bless you. People looked at me like "are you f..ing serious". I didn't want to argue with her. And, the next thing was she saw a woman with one item in line waiting behind me and two other person. She spoke to me that she will let that woman in front of her without asking anyone else. The woman said it's OK but then she went anyway.Do I have to say that I was the only Asian on the line to be treated by this sick person.. it sure seem that way! I hope she doesn't run into a wrong person someday.

The staff is incredible at this pharmacy, and the main reason that I fill my prescriptions here. I think it's so cool to have a relationship with people in a retail setting who remember who you are and start getting your order ready before you even get to the counter because they know your name.

The staff with name tag Amy is so rude. Seems like a racist. She treats people with color differently. Argues with customer. When the white customer came she treats like she is the nicest.

Honestly this Cub was pretty bad. It was poorly stocked, as in there were few options on the shelf, and the items were literally thrown on there haphazardly. It was pretty uncharacteristic for a Cub. I don't know if I'll be making a point to come back here.
