I attempted to shop this store yesterday ( Sunday), and was met with every aisle having obstacles blocking my way. I am currently recovering from k ee surgery and use a walker with a seat as my primary mobility. This store was NOT accessible to a small walker on wheels, the doors are not automatic for opening or closing while using mobility devices. Needless to say I left without my items I was going to purchase.

What kind of dollar tree is this!?!? The front door was smashed out and boarded up, there was uncleaned puke on the floor, the cashier was incredibly rude even though I hadn’t spoken a word to her, and the carts have wheel locks preventing them from leaving the store ????
I have shopped all over the U.S., and I don’t think I’ve ever seen anything so ghetto in a 15 minute shopping period, and that’s saying a lot because where I come from, they have to lock gas station bathrooms to prevent people from dying in there.
Awful. Just awful. Save yourself the hassle and spend your money somewhere else.

Went to this dollar store a few weeks ago we noticed that a lot of the food shelves and freezer were empty and completely picked over. Curious why a dumpster is outside we looked in it and salvaged about $600 worth of perfectly good packaged and canned food. The max we could fit in a car. Some more was left in there we couldn't carry. good to sell for another 6-18 months. Absolutely terrible the waste of perfectly good food. If they don't want to sell the food then donate it. I give to feed my starving children and second harvest and at the same time dollar tree is wasting perfectly good food they don't want to sell for some reason. The only reason I'm giving two stars instead of 1 is because of the free food we got, but had to donate half of it so I wouldn't feel like a Hoarder. Store really needs some new management or something.

Pictures taken before Easter, 4/6/23. I love this Crystal location store, because it's close to me. I've never had an issue with cashiers, as other reviewers have mentioned. It doesn't bother me if they forget to say thank you, or "welcome to Dollar Tree". I know they are hard working and have a semi truck to unload AND they have to cashier, before they go home at night; I'll always give them grace! Today when I went, a mgr woman jumped on cashiering when she saw a long line. Sure, the shelves had a lot of products on them, but meh, is that the clientele /customers, or is that the workers, who don't have time to put things back unless there aren't any customers? Please give these folks (employees) a break. They are generally lower paid /higher stressed jobs.

It's starting to look a bit empty and things aren't being stocked right away, so lots of merchandise waiting to be put on shelves. Maybe there is a shortage of workers. Overall the visit was pleasant. Friendly staff and environment.
