I thought my bill was going to be much smaller. It is so very cold in the lockers. Very clean and my stuff is safe. I've had no issues other then my own mistake by not paying attention to the details when picking out stuff. Compulsiveness behavior sometimes costs me...š¤Ŗššš„³

Dale, the regional manager called my phone one day. on September 6 I believe he called my phone. He never introduced himself. He never said hi he said what are you doing? He said what are you doing storing all of these books. He was so interested in my books. I didnāt even respond to that. I said hello how are you doing? I have storage units. He then proceeded to say that Iām not a business owner. Iām a shady individual and we donāt want you here. I was absolutely shocked at his accusations accusing me of not being a business owner after only being on the phone with me for 30 seconds how could he possibly know this is he a psychic and Iām trying to understand what does being a business owner have to do with renting a storage unit! absolutely nothingš¤£. he says I have he says I have a week to move out since Iām not a business owner and Iām a shady person. I have a week to move out. They donāt want me here then he hung up on me and the only reason why I know his name was Dale is because when I called back, I got his voicemail. He never introduced himself. He introduce his interest in my Books when he called Not himself.. I got a week to move out of seven storage unit, but he told the employees not to speak to me and restricted my access codes. I was literally bullied by staff at storage Mart. How can I move out when I donāt have access to the building and you told the employees not to talk to me and not to let me in. Can you imagine paying your bill and then being locked out of a storage unit giving an impossible deadline to move out and the employees have been told to call the police on you not to let you in the building. All because the regional manager feels youāre shady and not a business owner.š¤£. I was afraid they were gonna call the police on me actually one floor you did threaten to call the police on me and they had my stuff in their building seven storage units full of books. They denied me access to my stuff and gave me an impossible deadline to move out and denied. My access code is not possible to move out when you donāt give me access to the building. The only way for me to move out is if I break in. I couldnāt believe this this attempted theft of my inventory and I had to go to drastic measures. Iāve rented a car and I drove to corporate overnight to Columbia Missouri. I was in blackmailed into signing a new contract stating that Iām not allowed to sue in order for me to move out. I couldnāt believe all the stuff that Iām going through and everybodyās. I have the pallet jack on September 6 ready to unload my truck and thatās where my civil rights are violated. I had to relocate the pallet jack and drive to corporate in a desperate attempt to regain access to my seven storage units that I was illegally locked out of. Because I am a business owner and I have a very busy schedule. I was not able to fly back until the last week of September and then that is when I returned the pallet jack had my civil rights never been violated the pallet jack wouldāve been returned sooner.. like I said Iām gonna expose this to the whole world. everything was fine until they found out I was doing books once they found out. I had seven storage units full of valuable inventory. They almost immediately not almost they immediately locked me out of my storage units even after paying the bill I have to create code. I have to create dummy account just to get in there and get my stuff out even after going to corporate even after I paid my bill..

Excellent storage facility. Lots of sizes, clean bathrooms, 3 big vehicle bays & carts for easy loading & unloading, and competitive pricing. Customer service here is the best, always friendly & helpful - especially Mackenzie!! Convenient location to highways. Highly recommend!
