“This is my go to store for whatever whenever I need. Today I stopped by after work to get gas and a few things in the store. I gathered things that I needed then got to self check-out line, comes a middle age white woman with a cart full of stuffs, she was seriously saying she was in line before me, I was shocked to see such a human existing on earth. At the same time there were 4 people in front of me but no one said a word though people are embarrassed by it. I told her go ahead and God bless you. People looked at me like "are you f..ing serious". I didn't want to argue with her. And, the next thing was she saw a woman with one item in line waiting behind me and two other person. She spoke to me that she will let that woman in front of her without asking anyone else. The woman said it's OK but then she went anyway.Do I have to say that I was the only Asian on the line to be treated by this sick person.. it sure seem that way! I hope she doesn't run into a wrong person someday.”

I couldn’t get enough of the adorable winter sleeves on the cacti and succulents – such a charming detail. The handmade pottery and felt baskets were equally irresistible. “FANTABULOUS PHONE EXPERIENCE!!!!! I just ordered flowers for my mother's 98th birthday. Frank was so considerate and thoughtful and caring. When I told him she was in Memory Care he said he would make the arrangement very fragrant because he had read that fragrance is a very powerful mental stimulant and would bring her pleasure. Then he asked if the number I had given him was a cell phone. When I said, "Yes", he said he would text me a picture of the arrangement. Wasn't that just exquisite of him to offer?!?!?!? When arranging for a delivery date, Frank said their pricing structure doesn't include add-ons like "expedited delivery charge", and I could have it delivered today if I liked. I grew up in Minnesota, but now live out of state. I had always just called that "purple" florist that starts with a "B" because I was familiar with them. NEVER again. “Yes & No: The Customers are very friendly there & The Cub Employees are very nice & they know where their products are in the aisles! I always know where everything is in that store! ?❤ I used to love My Old Cub Store when I used to live down the street from there but, I moved away! But, I was there at this store last week & I noticed the old floors & I didn't like what I saw & I felt that store isn't as nice as I like it when I shopped a long time ago! I asked 1 of the employees if this store is going to be remodeled like the other stores & she didn't know! I told her that some stores have Caramel Corn in the new remodeled stores or something like that! Overall-This store is very dingy & has dirty old floors w/cracks in it! I feel that I won't be coming back-sorry! But, I felt kinda sad that this Nathan Lane Cub isn't like I remembered! Are they going to remodel this Cub Foods-God-I hope so!! It's not bright in this store & I don't feel happy here anymore! ?”
