“This is my go to store for whatever whenever I need. Today I stopped by after work to get gas and a few things in the store. I gathered things that I needed then got to self check-out line, comes a middle age white woman with a cart full of stuffs, she was seriously saying she was in line before me, I was shocked to see such a human existing on earth. At the same time there were 4 people in front of me but no one said a word though people are embarrassed by it. I told her go ahead and God bless you. People looked at me like "are you f..ing serious". I didn't want to argue with her. And, the next thing was she saw a woman with one item in line waiting behind me and two other person. She spoke to me that she will let that woman in front of her without asking anyone else. The woman said it's OK but then she went anyway.Do I have to say that I was the only Asian on the line to be treated by this sick person.. it sure seem that way! I hope she doesn't run into a wrong person someday.”
“An overall EXCELLENT experience. I placed an order online and forgot to put who it was from (rookie mistake!). I called and staff were able to locate my order quickly and fix it for me. Delivery was quick and it was nice to get updates on my end that it was delivered! Will definitely use them again… now I’m just looking for more excuses to send flowers!”

“We ordered flowers from here for our wedding—one bridal bouquet and a handful of boutonnières and corsages for our family. They were easy and professional to work with beforehand. While we did not have a set color palette for our wedding, we wanted to lean into a broad autumnal aesthetic, so they chose a stunning array of burgundy, pink, green, orange, white, and red flowers. Lush is truly the only word to describe it—it was giving Shrek's swamp but in the best way. Thank you guys!!”

I felt like they helped me craft something truly special, going above and beyond a standard bouquet you might find at a grocery store, but still for a reasonable price. They have great selection and their flowers are fresher than you might find other places, so the bouquet can last much longer. “Fast - Friendly - Beautiful arrangements.We ended up at this shop because it was close by our office, a friend's Grandfather had passed away and we wanted to get them a bouquet of flowers. We walked in and were greeted right away, we weren't sure what we wanted, so the lady helping us pulled up their site to show us some options and was very patient while we made our decision. She had this beautiful display of purple flowers done in minutes and was very friendly. I would recommend you check them out!”

Basically they called to see if we were around as the flowers would have been ruined because of the outside temperature. So on the second attempt which was now Valentine’s Day, I had given them the wrong address. They went above and beyond to clear up what was clearly a mistake on my part to assure my wife received her flowers!”

“FANTABULOUS PHONE EXPERIENCE!!!!! I just ordered flowers for my mother's 98th birthday. Frank was so considerate and thoughtful and caring. When I told him she was in Memory Care he said he would make the arrangement very fragrant because he had read that fragrance is a very powerful mental stimulant and would bring her pleasure. Then he asked if the number I had given him was a cell phone. When I said, "Yes", he said he would text me a picture of the arrangement. Wasn't that just exquisite of him to offer?!?!?!? When arranging for a delivery date, Frank said their pricing structure doesn't include add-ons like "expedited delivery charge", and I could have it delivered today if I liked. I grew up in Minnesota, but now live out of state. I had always just called that "purple" florist that starts with a "B" because I was familiar with them. NEVER again. She offered helpful ideas about how to repurpose flowers for different stages of our day-long celebration. She then put a lot of work into arranging the flowers beautifully, even down to opening up individual petals on the roses. Highly recommend.”

“I have not ordered flowers in years. I went to their site and selected a very nice bunch of red and white roses for my wife on our 32nd anniversary. When they arrived my daughter sent me a picture. I must say I was very disappointed. It appeared to be half the size I expected! I called and spoke to Sean. He kept saying I should wait and look at them when I got home since he personally made the arrangement. He then agreed to pick them up if I insisted. After a couple minutes, I called back and told him I would wait. I'm sure happy I did. He was right! The arrangement is beautiful. I'm sure glad I listened and even happier I ordered from Artistic Floral.”
