Outraged!! Leased an office space from these folks for a couple of years. Put in a 60 day notice to vacate on 2/28/18 and was asked if I would vacate by 2/15/18 to accommodate the future tenant's move-in date, I agreed. The problem is, on the afternoon of 2/14/18 when I came to vacate the office, everything was gone! My furniture, inventory, tools, work materials, phones, car remote, chairs, desks, white boards, all of it, GONE. Furniture was broken down and in the dumpster, everything else was just gone. After I emailed and called 3 different people at FTK, they apologize and claim that they thought they had received a text or email informing them that I had vacated a week prior. They couldn't remember if it was a text or email and are not able to find any text or email from me saying I had vacated. They sent their guys back out there to get my stuff out of the dumpster, but most stuff is still missing and the office furniture is still broken and in the dumpster. On a previous occasion they had sent someone to install a window in the office and the person they sent left the door to my unit unlocked after leaving. This office was mostly used for storage and not used much, so it took a couple months for me to return and find the suite unlocked. An other incident where I received an email last year claiming rent wasn't received the previous month. I had a cancelled check showing the rent was paid, I email them back promptly to try and clear up any confusion and never heard back from them. Just an ugly email claiming rent wasn't paid, then no apology, no confirmation or followup. Very poor communication. I've rented dozens of properties, commercial and residential. Never have I been this upset with a property management company. Mistakes happen, but these mistakes warrant an online review.

They STOLE my stuff! I should have read the reviews first. This company is very disorganized which leads to big problems. I rented an office from them for a couple of years. Paid rent on time every month. Gave a 60 day notice to move out. They asked if I could move 2 weeks early so a new tenant could move in on 2/15/18. I agreed. I told them I would inform them once I vacated. On 2/14/18 I return to the office with my team to pack and haul away all of my furniture and other things. The office was empty. They had busted up all of my furniture and discarded in to the dumpster. They had picked through my stuff and kept what they wanted and tossed the rest. When I called them out on this, they claim it was a mistake and that they would have their guys bring the stuff back. They brought all of the trash that was in the dumpster to my office, stinky garbage bags that were never in my office before, full of food and trash. What they didn't return is a drill, tools, locks, keys, remotes, inventory, materials, uniforms, invoice books, machine parts and much more. The managers just blindly claim that their guys do not steal from them, but it is obvious their guys stole from me. Perhaps they thought the stuff they took was abandoned, but now they are aware that the stuff was mine and refuse to return it. Managers are horrible at communication and ignore any complaints or concerns brought up by rent paying tenants. They simply refuse to respond to emails and phone calls. A year ago they sent me an email saying the rent was not received. I emailed them back a copy of the cancelled check showing the rent was paid early. They never replied, just ignored my emails. They sent a window installer there to install a window, the installer left my office unlocked when he left. Again, concerns mentioned and zero response from FTK. No returned calls from Denny Walsh or Mike Mitchell, unless you are potential tenant, but once you sign the lease, they ignore your emails and phone calls until it's time to vacate, then they ask for special favors and then discard your belongings a day before you are suppose to vacate. It seems they feel if they ignore problems long enough that they will disappear. Not me. You are not going to steal my stuff and see me disappear. My company did not spend money on supplies, tools and materials so FTK's guys have stuff to take home.

I have worked personally with Denny, Mike, Amy, and Bob with FTK. They are most helpful and good business partners. If you have an opportunity to do business with or rent from FTK, I recommend that you do. I have found them to be honest and fair in the business dealings I have had with all four of them.
