If I could give no stars, and I was definitely would, I found the lady who owned it, or the manager rude doesn’t listen and not professional. Was told I can’t do my taxes because I have no earned income… what a lie makes them seem lazy and incompetent. So disappointed.

The Owner & General Manager, work for you! Annette goes beyond the call of duty and is very personable! I’m always satisfied with my tax results and fees when I use Crystal, MN’s Liberty Tax services! I always get more than I expect! And the employees are very knowledgeable and kind! I’ll be back next year using their services again! Thank you Again!

I've been going to Crystal liberty tax for years. I absolutely love the manager Annette! ? she is a big reason I still come here. You can get a nice and quick advance. They are reliable, friendly and so nice to my kids. They even gave my kids snacks and put on cartoons.

Great customer service but price was way too high. I Paid $150 with a different tax service last year, but other than that, friendly group of people working there. The lady I worked with was very knowledgeable. If it wasn’t for the prices I’d be back!
