“We needed to purchase two new phones. Michael was the best ever!! He took his time to explain everything to both of us about our new phones! He was courteous, patient and so professional!! I was very leary to go to this Cricket location because the last time I had stopped in to have a question answered the last man working there was so rude to me I didn't want to go back into this store!! However Michael was just so wonderful I will recommend to everyone to go to this store location for any Cricket question because of his professionalism and knowledge!! He's definitely a keeper!!”
