I have seen improvement in neck discomfort since working with N.R. at Nova Care. I am grateful for individual attention and exercises to continue to do at home which are specific to my needs. Videos of exercises have helped to keep me on the correct path.

She explained things about carpal tunnel and how the exercises would work and help. She referred me to a specialist for my trigger fingers. Very caring and thorough.
