Marcus helped me out on 11/4/2025 he went above and beyond in every facet. He was very straight forward with everything and got me exactly what I needed. Has great character and personality he had me and my family leaving with a better feeling then when we came in. For everything that he could do he did and explained it all he’s a great employee and someone who made my experience worth coming back to the same locations if I ever had any problems with my boots.

Stopped in this afternoon after work, an hour before they close for the day(Friday afternoon). Had made a purchase online and was just there to pick up my new boots. Well the service provided was amazing. We ended up scanning my feet and found I order the wrong size, and we tried multiple sizes and widths, suggested by Marcus and I forgot to grab the other gentleman's card. Ended up buying insoles and socks but man I can't express enough how great of an experience it was. Made sure my boots fit and that they were comfortable, gave me advice on keeping the water resistance at its peak. Go see these 2 please, you won't regret it

this is a great store and not only this store but the entire chain of stores of the Red Wing company, this company makes great shoes in which you feel great and even a little exclusive, I really liked the Beckmen boots, they fit perfectly on the foot, and look great in jeans

What an impressive store. So many options to choose from and the quality is top notch!
Store Mgr Ryan Udairam was extremely helpful and knowledgeable explaining all the ins/outs of each boots we tried on. The Ultimate Fit Experience was cool, it measured the feet in a 3D image so you get the perfect fit.👍🏼. We’re very happy with our purchase.
