James is a boss, came in with my stepson and he got us squared away. Felt really bad for him since he was there by himself. He aced it though. 2nd haircut I’ve had by him and I’ll keep coming back. I’m guessing management or keeping the place staffed is a challenge. And the only people complaining about the wait didn’t sign in through the app.

For the cost i would not recommend this sportsclips. My stylist was more concerned with what her co workers were doing. She didnt know how to do a beard trim. Would avoid this location.

I came in tonight to get a hair cut around 5:45 I walk through the door signed in on the tablet sat down only for your very professional barber to instantly start complaining that I walked in 15 minutes before the store closed even though your website says it closes at 7:00. Obviously this guy doesn't understand how businesses work even if it was actually 15 minutes before the store closed when I walked through the door the store is still open and im the only person in there to get a hair cut. So he didn't get my business so now he's just sitting there not making money seems like a smart dude!!!

I have had great experiences and haircuts at other Sports Clips, but I had my worst service and haircut experience at this store a week ago and have not gotten a response from the store yet. When I showed up at the store no employees were inside. Eventually, an employee came in smelling of cigarettes and talking to someone on the phone using an earpiece. The employee prints my notes but remains on the phone. Due to his distraction, he misread my notes, which are: one fade on the sides and leaving and inch and a half or two inches on top. Instead he took the two guard and buzzed the top of my head. I tried to interject and stop him when I realized what was happening but he couldn't hear me because he was on the phone and it was too late, the damage was done and I had to get a buzz cut. It is without question my worst customer service experience and haricut. I submitted feedback and have not heard from the store in a week. I hate that I have to write this review but I don't want anyone else to have a similar experience. I will update this review if I hear back from the store.
UPDATE: The owner reached out to me and apologized for the experience I had and offered a free appointment to make it right. It will take a while for my hair to grow back but once it does I will back and update my rating.

If there was an option for zero stars, I'd give zero. I've been there a bunch of times, but tonight sealed the deal. I'll never go back. I waited over an hour, with only two other people in there. They kicked me and the guest out without a hair cut. But the receptionist got a blow out while we waited for nothing. I know the other guests kid is a a very well know local football and basketball ball star. I work for a commercial construction company. How many clients do you think you will lose Monday morning when we all talk? I'll tell you. All blue collar men and woman. Every highschool athlete in the area. I guess Great Clips will get a ton of new clients.

Called in to ask about immediate availability, was told to check online. Spoke with Maggie, a completely useless person, who is uncapable and unable to answer a simple question, if they have an immediate availability. Ended being told that there is no available appointment because there is someone who's currently driving there. I have no idea about haircuts, but service is not a priority for Maggie. Avoid this disaster of a business.
