Communication was terrible. Only reason for a two star was Mr. Hopper provided a very effective intake process. Otherwise, he didn’t return multiple calls from me seeking information about when the auction for my item was going to take place. Finally, when he did return my calls placed over the last two months he was surprised I hadn’t received my check. Didn’t bother to tell me when the auction took place or even a round about idea of what it sold for. Having no idea of when the auction was going to take place or that it was actually being auctioned definitely was bad communication that didn’t need to happen.

Surplus Liquidation Auctions has alot of experience managing online auctions and it shows. They handle surplus equipment liquidation and municipalities' cars and other equipment efficiently and professionally. They take the headache out of liquidating inventory and your equipment!! I highly recommend working with them---you will be glad you did.

Purchased items on a K-bid auction through this company. They were unable to work with me on pickup time, which I know is not always something that can be done, but I had someone pick up for me since I was unable to during the pretty limited time alotted, and they had not only given away 3/4 of one lot I had purchased, but also left a huge amount of things in the basement of the house and the person who picked up for me had to haul it up herself. She was nice enough to tip the person whe helped her get some of it up, but I have never experienced an auction where the customer has to haul things out of a basement...Had I picked the items up myself, I maybe wouldn't be giving only two stars here, but I feel awful that someone did me favor and was given such a hard time.
