Found a cat toy from Valentines and the price was not ringing up. Cashier said she could NOT sell it to me because it is defective. I asked her how and she said because they already donated everything. That makes zero sense and I've NEVER had an issue purchasing something from target. I was their yesterday and was able to get a few things I found leftover with NO issues. The cashier just put in a price for the items that didnt ring. All target does with their so called donations is throw them away. I've overheard workers on multiple occasions say this as they clear the shelfs over different holidays. Why can't they sell something they are just going to turn around and throw away. Customer Service has gone down the drain these days.

Liked shopping here, but will take my money elsewhere. Target has the right to rescind their DEI policies, and I have the right to go elsewhere. Now to Walmart!!!

In the last week I have ordered grocery delivery. Twice and both times the delivery came the day after the scheduled delivery day. And at different times. In future I will not be getting food from Target when their competitor (Walmart) doesn’t have those same issues.

This target is constantly out of stock and missing items that can be found in other targets. I went in yesterday and couldn’t find a single onion.

One of the best target with some of the most helpful staffs I’ve been to. I’d have to say, it is a really small target though. Lines are really long for self checkout. On the good side, they have the #1 best starbucks for a target. They always make my drinks right.

This target is always out of stock of most items. Staff is unfriendly and can hardly work check out lanes in a timely manner. I have waiting countless times at drive up for over 10 mins and they definitely do not go in order of when cars arrive. I find myself spending more time either at check out or drive up than i actually would shopping. Hire staff that is capable of the job

This location doesn’t answer the phone. I’ve called for an hour straight, all the departments to try and reach ANYONE and never did.
For the second time in a row, I’ve ordered a pickup through the app and they’ve cancelled some items saying “they were out of stock”. I go into the store and they have the very items they cancelled on the shelf. It’s always unfortunate.

This Target in Crystal is the Ghetto of Targets! Clothing on the floors everywhere!Does anyone work here? The hoodrats steal the electric carts, as well as the goods from inside the store! Prices on vegetables are crazy here and very little selection! More security and better management is needed here!!
