I shop this location frequently. It's a nice location. I'm just wondering if the cashiers no longer bag your items if you bring the resusable Target bags. It has always been done before but my last 3 visits I attempted to give the cashier my bag to place my items in and each time I was given a look of confusion as if they didn't comprehend why I was handing them the bag. So I just bagged my own items.

Christmas Eve hours state the store closes at 8pm. It was 7:45pm and employees blocked the entrance and said they weren’t letting anyone in. If that is the case, then closing hours should be listed accurately.

I bought two gingerbread kits (the delivery truck and the holiday barn) and both of them were missing pieces. I was unable to build either one of them. The barn specifically was missing the icing bags, animal figures, and the easy build clips needed to hold it together.

I have concerns about the ongoing issues at this store. It appears that the situation is not improving, and I'm starting to wonder if my hopes for better experiences here are somewhat wishful. The overall environment in this store seems to be deteriorating.On my recent visit, my primary goal was to complete my shopping quickly and efficiently, but unfortunately, that was not the case. Instead, I encountered a series of concerning events. While navigating through the store, I observed instances where teenagers openly and brazenly shoplifted in close proximity to your electronics podium. This certainly wasn't the shopping experience I had hoped for.Additionally, I was surprised to witness the "asset protection agent" engaging in personal interactions and appearing to flirt with the "cashier overseer" instead of attending to their security duties. This raises concerns about the store's commitment to security and professionalism.The use of self-checkout systems continues to rise in retail, and situations like this may inadvertently contribute to the automation of certain tasks. I genuinely believe that it's in the best interest of this establishment to address these issues promptly and maintain a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and safety.I sincerely hope that this store can overcome these challenges and improve its overall operation. It's in everyone's best interest, and I look forward to seeing positive changes in the future.

As an avid collector of squishmallows and a big fan of Halloween, I was pumped to see that my local Target had the 4" mystery halloween squishmallow capsules. When I went to check out using the self check out, I got a weird error message when I scanned my squishmallow.I asked the male employee who was working the self check out for help. He was short and rude with me, stating he couldn't sell me the item. Giving me no reason behind this. I don't understand why since I purchased them before at a different Target in the same state without any problems.I am very disappointed with this policy and the way your employee handled it.

If you're constantly short staffed and can't serve the customers in your store, maybe try hiring more employees. I wish this wasn't the Target closest to my house.
