Or favorite storage unit location because of the convenience of the location, our unit and the sallyport. 24 hour access for just 15 dollars a month is totally worth it and the one time we lost our key they immediately filled out the lock and replaced it right away.

Stay FAR away.
My belongings have been at this storage facility for just over a month, and when I went to empty it this weekend, I found my things covered in mouse droppings.
And then I discovered what a nightmare it is to actually CANCEL the storage unit - the staff never, ever answers the phone, so I was bounced back to their national customer line 3x before someone finally said they'd give the location a message to contact me... which of course they never did. Now I'll have to go in person to cancel it, which is a 40+ minute drive.
To top it all off, the actual staff is located at a separate building from the storage units, so you still have to drive over to them when you want your key, have an issue, etc.

Seriously the best decision I could have made for my storage and moving needs. The crew that operates this location are best in class. If I need storage in the future this will be the location I use, well worth a little drive time to know my things are secure.

We buy abandoned storage units. Workers are friendly and helpful. This is a self storage facility, office is located couple miles up the road!

Never had any issues. Kept my storage unit for two years until the price was raised.

Clean and well-maintained. The only problem I have is that people were parking in the garage door bays while they were in their storage units and not loading/unloading.

My co workers storage was broken Into and the man from uhaul chased the thieves all the way to New Brighton until the police took over and caught them. They saved my co workers belongings, now that's dedication!

This is the place to store things in crystal. The security is perfect. We stored some things for 18 months with no issues.

The rental equipment that I had booked as a part of my rental truck reservation was missing from my truck when I went to pick it up. I was still charged for the equipment though (I have yet to dispute). The truck itself had a loose steering feel, which was disconcerting when driving.Overall, picking up the rental truck from here/mobile check-in was a good experience, but not excellent.

Jeremy is still helping people steal from the units. They wait unit night fall and they literally remove the upper gate to the storage. From there they remove your items from the top so they don't have to cut the lock. After this they screw it back together. There are NO CAMERAS. only at the door so when they do this they can literally throw a blanket over your items and walk out the front door. This location is super unsafe and never staffed. You call the insurance company and they cant even get any info from Jeremy! He advised them that the cameras didn't work. You can file a police report but it does nothing. I do not recommend!

I've had a storage unit here for 3 years. It's affordable and always very clean! I also appreciate the corner they have where we can drop off items, that's been a huge help (many times).
