Had some difficult family situations etc this month but Quincy and lynnea took such good care of me here several of the employees have been over the top with customer service that’s why I always us this location. They are so through with customers service which is so seldomly seen these days. Appreciate the care this business clearly shows for the people they help service.
There’s a lot of Uhaul shops in the area. I highly recommend Doing business over here

Employees smoke weed on the job. I’ve been here so much in the last month or so! Overall this place is ok. Don’t reserve a truck / trailer on a Saturday or you will be in a line 10+ deep ; reserve during the week. If you’re just buying supplies, use self checkout on the app. The reason for the low rating is that the employees smoke weed on the job. The entire store reeks of weed. Not cool! How is U-Haul allowing their employees to get high in the job???

Easy check-in and checkout. I left my parking pass in the U-Haul. I came back about two hours later, although the truck had already been cleaned out, they found my pass for me. I’ve rented from the crystal U-Haul location about four times and each time has been great.

Horrible customer service, they lei and leave you without a car for several hours before twll you that they will not be working on your car, they open late just disregard the value of you're time,

Outstanding customer service from every single member of this team.
I have been to dozens of U-Hauls and this one is by far the best one I have been too.
Staff is great, great selection of trucks and trailers. Cant say enough good things.

I was mistreated at the other U-Haul and this location not only got me right but treated me with respect. This the U-Haul location you wanna use!

I cannot say thank you enough to Quincy at the U-Haul Crystal location. He helped me figure out my own trailer hitch, helped me ensure it was safely connected, and was extremely knowledgeable and willing to help! I will not rent a trailer or moving van/truck from anyone else! Thank you, Quincy! You are a rockstar!

Customer service on the phone are not very helpful, they're more like salesmen, all they care about is closing the deal.
In the store they refused to provide information, they kept saying go to the app and you'll find the info.

Went to go to my unit , and found a rat running through my stuff !! Have rat poop everywhere and bite marks everywhere !! I called the U-Haul company and they directed me to the manager, and then the manager gave me another number and then they kept going around it around and no one helped me and straight ignored me. So incredibly disappointed and disgusted .

It's pretty sketchy that they have the employees using their personal phones to "scan in" take photos of your ID. Along with their card reader not working (tried 2 cards) so they have to then manually ender in the credit card info.
