*AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!*I placed an order, and after 1 week, these crooks cancelled it! The reason? Because the coin prices varied, so now I could rebuy my 89.99 order for $210!! Talk about GREEDY, SHADY, UNETHICAL, IMMORAL, GRIMEY BUSINESS PRACTICES.They clearly don't keep track of their inventory, and if they think you're getting a deal, they're going to stop that instantly. Businesses like this need to be shut down and the owner stripped of everything due to the greed....and still no refund received. CROOKS!Deplorable.

Great selection and prices on the website. I ordered online and everything I ordered arrived in great condition. Also despite what some of the other reviews say, I thought customer service was very good through email and phone. Only reason I can’t give 5 stars is because it took quite a long time for the package to arrive. Would recommend

horrible service at valleycoin.com the owner Craig forgets everything you tell him and orders never arrive because he forgets to send them, process them, or do anything sometimes. He admits that he often gets distracted but i have called him many time to babysit my .com orders so that I get what I actually ordered. Often times it takes several weeks after ordering and several phone calls to get him to follow up with the orders. I have had to wait several months on a couple of orders also. Im surprised this company is in business at all with all the problems I have had. One order he sent out was defective and he knew it was that way. Took me two (2) years to get that order fixed and i asked myself why i even ordered again. Buy only if you have a lot of time on your hands and are a good babysitter.
