My first time in the crystal location and the supervisor Katrinia was very knowledgeable and friendly. I will be taking my contact and eye glass prescriptions to be filled at crystal location in the future.

It was time well spent. I am 63 so my eyes ain't what they used to be. I appreciated the feedback I got some prescription Sunglasses since I Drive for a Living and am Very Dependent on My Eyes Thank U!

Well from the day I walked in to schedule an appointment person I spoke with that day had positive energy and I knew I wanted to come back the day of my appointment again she had positive energy but not only she did but each staff member held the same position uplifted energy the person that shot air in my eyes laughed with me as the air made me flench each time lol Dr. Jessica Flack was very helpful explaining the right amount of information of what's happening with my eyes and even recommended 2 eye drop brands that would actually help my eyes and last but definitely not least the person that measured my glasses fitting definitely put a smile on my face I will continue coming to that location thank you guys for the positive experience

I went here on 5.18.2024 and had the most uncomfortable experience and I will never go back. As soon as I gave my name to the man at the front desk, he immediately had an attitude and said we texted you about your insurance and you didn't answer us. I told him I had sent the details via text that day, and he huffed and said we'll it's too late, we will need to reschedule because the prior authorization provider line is closed for your insurance. I actually work for the insurance company and explained they were open 24/7 and asked what number they used because I was honestly curious if they had the correct one and he cut me off and said a provider one and if I didn't have anymore questions, I had 2 choices to either reschedule or pay now. I was a bit upset at that point, but didn't want to argue with this guy and already felt uncomfortable, so I rescheduled and left. I immediately canceled and called another vision works and they were confused by his behavior and even told me they already had all of my insurance information since I went to a vision works in the past and they said they could call my insurance that day. Not sure why the guy treated us that way, but I will never return to the crystal location. That receptionist was so rude and I could tell was used to speaking to people that way in general.
