Love coming here! Everyone is so friendly whenever I have a question. It might take longer in line, but that's because of the people in front of me. I wish they had self checkout, but I understand why they don't (theft). The store is clean. They often have clearance. The photo guy even knows where items are! Enjoy my photos!

I try to be as lenient as I can with my reviews these days because I know a lot of places are short-staffed, but for the past year or so I've gotten my prescriptions from this location and every single time they've never had my prescriptions ready. I wait for an automated phone call to tell me they're ready and never receive one, so I have to drive over just to find out they're still not ready. The last time I did this, I was told my prescription was "locked on" to a doctor who I didn't see regularly. After calling the doctor's office, I confirmed my suspicion of this being crap because the doctor's office said doctors go on vacation or get sick, so there has to be someone available to approve the prescription, and they couldn't do that if it was "locked on" to one doctor. So basically the pharmacy just made up something and threw my doctor under the bus, probably because--based on the volume of other reviews--they're bad at filling prescriptions for people. The one good thing I'll say is that I've never had a problem with any of the staff not being courteous to me--they might not know what they're doing, but at least they're nice about it.

Waited over 45 min for a vaccination that our family had scheduled appointments for. We ended up walking out because it took so long. The pharmacy phone rang the ENTIRE time we were there.

Just awful. They used to be reliable but over the past three months every time I have had to fill a prescription there have been mistakes and it's been delayed. A lot of the staff are wonderful and care but the few that don't really stick out and have been so offensive/unprofessional that I will be taking my business elsewhere. I hope whomever or whatever has changed this pharmacy's quality move on because it is a shame to loose reliable healthcare.

Been on hold for 1.5 hours to refill a life saving prescription. Are you kidding me? Not ok, Walgreens. You need to do better. This prescription was supposed to be on auto refill. Have told Walgreens several times. They just cannot get it right. And, here I am...waiting...did I call over dinner break time.? At least change your messaging or get more people in your pharmacy for coverage. As a leader of customer service teams, this is not ok. Really, not ok.

My prescription was to be ready yesterday before closing. I went in and got told that maybe I'll get it today when they get to it, if they grr to it and i way welcome to i answer it somewhere else.I had to do the work if that was the case.

The cashier Marcus is TOTALLY unprofessional, he would rather talk to ppl who are not customers rather than help a customer with their problems. This isn't the first time I've experienced this from him. I will never shop at this store and encourage others to go to any other Walgreens than the one on Bass Lake in Crystal!!!!

If timing is important to you - like having a same day delivery order actually delivered that day or not having your time sensitive prescriptions sit in progress for days on end, don’t go here.

This pharmacy has the worst hours and almost no employees. Getting your prescriptions takes forever and you still have to call and ask them to rush it or they won’t do it for days, assuming you can even get through on the phone which always has 3+ callers waiting on hold - probably all trying to get their prescriptions filled faster than slow. Hire more people and have actual business hours, holy hell. Closing at 6pm M-F ? When people WORK?? Awful. Just awful. I took my business to CVS and now I get my prescriptions in an hour or less.

ZERO STARS . BUYER BEWARE. READ THE WHOLE SIGN & CHECK YOUR RECEIPT. Why have products that are not for sale on the pallet? Manager says he can't give me the sales price. I didn't get paper receipt. So had to wait for manager togo to the office to print one out, because he didn't know how to work cash register. Asked for refund and he wanted to give me a Walgreens card. Why would I want that, when they just lost a Customer.

I see why they have 3.2 star storeI was lied to by someone N the pharmacy No one told me that I had to be here at a certain time this lady just open the door and looked at me directly as if I didn’t existI just drove literally 45 minutes out of the way to be here so I could get my medication and rudely I was sent away no one told me that they were leaving at 1:30 I do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone the only reason I’m here is because this is where my doctor sent my medication but they are extremely rude
