A few weeks ago, I visited this branch and had a very disappointing experience with a banker named Mariana. From the moment I approached her, she was visibly upset and unwelcoming, displaying poor customer service skills. I was there to assist my mother, who had already visited twice for the same issue without resolution. My mother also had a negative experience with Mariana previously.
The problem was a simple one: my mother couldn't access her Wells Fargo app due to a phone number change. Despite being a banker, Mariana was unable to assist with this straightforward issue. Thankfully, another banker named Ethan at the same location was finally able to help. He provided excellent service, which is the only reason I'm giving a 2-star rating instead of zero. While Ethan deserves a 5-star rating for his individual effort, the overall experience was marred by Mariana's unprofessionalism.

Don't even bother with this location. Middle of the day on a Friday and they have the doors locks and only a drive up atm available. What the heck are the 5 employees even doing in there... Complete joke of a branch

A banker there would not stop chewing "smacking" oral gum to the point I couldn't even understand him and he yelled at me when I had to ask him to repeat himself. He took over an hour just to open up an account for me and made someone else behind me miss their appointment.Not a good experience to say the least.

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews but just had wonderful service and friendly tellers when I went in today. Y'all were awesome!

Tried to make an account online and was told to go in person, went in person was told I can be booked tomorrow, I went the next day and was told that I couldn’t be booked. So at this point I don’t even know if I’m allowed to make an account.

NEED TO SEE A BANKER? TOO BAD! Get ready for a 2 hour wait or book an appointment for at least a week out. Try calling the branch, you’ll receive a message that all the personal bankers are unable to help you, and it only offers you the automated services. Even calling their corporate Customer support line is useless, even they can’t get a hold of anybody in this branch. I’m beginning the process of moving all of my finances to another bank, Because it’s been this way for several months. They like to claim Covid, but oddly enough My experience at US Bank For a few other accounts has been one where I can walk in the branch and get help, or pick up the phone and talk to somebody at the local branch. Wells Fargo unfortunately has failed, and I don’t trust him with my money.

I really wish that they have enough bankers to cover the floor. I’m tired of hearing I have to set up and appointment to get into my safe box. The appointments are out for days and all I need is a simple request. I felt that the Convenient of getting in and out is gone. What’s the point of paying fees if you can’t even even get in as needed. Especially on an emergency base and we’re told you had to come back on the day it’s convenient for the bank. Very disappointed!
