Schreier's On Shetek Campground is a family owned and operated campground located on the beautiful shores of Lake Shetek, Minnesota. Open from April to October, it is predominantly a seasonal campground offering a wide variety of seasonal and nightly options, from 50-amp full-hookup to non-electric tenting. The grounds are perfectly manicured, clean, and very well-maintained. The owners are phenomenal, friendly, and treat guests like they belong, often going above and beyond to help, including assisting boaters in trouble on the lake. The campground is quiet and off the beaten path, accessible via dirt roads, making it a perfect spot to see rural Minnesota. It is fair priced and offers tons for kids to do, including a wonderful and safe playground. There is plenty of space for dogs to stretch their legs. The restrooms and shower houses are spotless and top notch. Picnic areas are found everywhere. While most spots are seasonal, nightly campers are sometimes accommodated, though non-seasonal campers should note electric-only hookups are typical.

Wooow! This place is stunning! We were only here one night but mid-week and after Labor Day, we almost had the place to ourselves. What a gorgeous property and so much nature.. a peaceful place to relax and stroll.

My family and i had a great experience here! Our ball got stuck in a tree and they went above and beyond to retrieve our ball! Will be coming back soon!

One last trip before the season ends. Most of the camping spots are seasonal, but we were allowed to pull into an empty spot with full hook-up for 2 nights as it was the last weekend they were open for the year. Very quiet while we were there.
