Ladies and gentlemen! The winner is... Trail's Edge.
We spent one week at Shetek Lake Park, and on our last day, we stopped at Trail's Edge because we needed some bread. We found out that they were offering meals, so we decided to get dinner there.
Monica got the cheeseburger, which was great, and I went for the day's special: batter pork tenderloin that was fantastic. That said, after traveling across the entire US... guys... it was the best coleslaw we've ever tasted in our lives!

Went to Trail's Edge General Store and it was good! The service was great; the waiters are very friendly and accommodating. They offer a wide selection of food, and the portions are big! The store also has a lot of snacks. Plus, they have a bathroom! It's a nice place for a snack and a meal.

Really good food if you order a soda they will give you a can which is a bit odd food is cheap for the restaurant overall I go there. 4 Stars. Okay shop is nice they have candy soda snacks bait life jackets camping supplies hats all that stuff overall 4 Stars

Love going here food is always amazing!!!! the owners and staff are always nice and friendly great atmosphere and if they don't have it they always try to get it. They sell everything from bait to household goods to alcohol to fresh baked goods...... the restaurant part is awesome I can't even tell anyone just how great this place is all I can say is u gotta come try it for yourself u won't be disappointed ?

Excellent specials from the Cafe. Don't forget the ice cream. Take potato salad to go! Bait, propane, groceries. If you need it, it's here.GET THE CHEDDARS!!! MMMMMM.

Great place to visit. We stopped for lunch and had a great time checking out all the little ite.s they had for sale. Things from fishing gear, candy bars, small groceries, alcohol drinks, to desert pies, and small items you might need on your trip. Very friendly staff and the food was very tasty. I would recommend stopping in and checking them out.

First timer here.I just left this place, I have never felt more welcome in a place only in this one, the gentleman that served our coffee was so very welcoming, he made coffe right away after my husband asked if they had coffee, definitely will be back ? we got to try their food , my new favorite spot! To bad we were in a hurry otherwise I would had loved to eat here. 5+ stars for this beautiful place .

Super convenient little store just outside Lake Shetek State Park! We stop here for bait and treats before getting on the lake to fish. They also have a little diner in the store!
