“The new employees here are great! I gave up on this location 6-7 years ago but I found myself there again today and was happy to see some new employees. And they were great.”

“I popped in Monday morning for change of address forms. Dear ALL USPS can we just put these out in the open like you do other offerings? Nobody is stealing these forms, there aren't valuable coupons, why are we treating these like they are worth any sort of value? I greatly appreciated that they had a chair for a customer to use while waiting. The line was short and the employee was swift. I'm not sure if google was wrong or the office opened early, regardless, thank you! Online said the office opened @ 9:00, when I arrived at 8:26, people were already inside and being helped. Thank you Holmen USPS for making an uncommon task quick and comfortable.”

“I accidentally shipped some packages for my wedding to the wrong address, and they went above and beyond to help track all of them down and hold them for me. Jaime was so helpful and saved the day!!”

“I love the Lacrosse Post Office, always so helpful, even help with tape one-time to secure. Mailing is expensive but the lady here is always so kind and helpful.”
