“Never has any issues with the staff. Bad reviews are from those not familiar with shipping. Know what you need before you get in line! As a business owner, they provide me with my shipping needs.”

“I accidentally shipped some packages for my wedding to the wrong address, and they went above and beyond to help track all of them down and hold them for me. Jaime was so helpful and saved the day!!”

“I visited this location twice while I was in the area for work a few weeks ago. This location is a bit of a hidden gem, though you have to plan around the late hours since they don't open until 1:00 PM. The upside to the late start? It was completely empty. I walked right up to the counter with zero wait time, which is unheard of for FedEx. Also, I’m 99% sure I was served by a Chappell Roan doppelgänger. I was so stunned by the resemblance I forgot to ask for an autograph or a photo. If you need to ship a package and want a side of 'Pink Pony Club' energy, this is the spot.”
