“As far as I'm concerned there are no better drivers in the business. They are professional and fun at the same time. They understand what the client needs and go out of the way to accommodate. However, recently my insurance company has changed how they are scheduling rides. Because of the change there have been times when a scheduled ride didn't show up. And times when I didn't have a scheduled ride and they showed up. I understand transitioning to a new system and that it doesn't always go easy. I recently had some rides that I believed to be scheduled and no one showed up. When I called to inquire as to why and I was told that I had cancelled too many appointments and I am now on probation until January 1st. There was no contact by management or anyone else to talk to me and let me know that I am on the naughty list. When I called them I asked to speak with a supervisor I found her to be unwilling to talk with mewith her and try to find a reasonable solution. I tried to explain that the transportation company was going through a transition and I tried to tell her my experience with said company. She didn't even allow me the courtesy of hearing me out. Bottom line is that the drivers are amazing. Office chick not so much.”
