We ordered 3 pizzas
Taco, pepperoni and pepperoni and sausage
What we received was a taco pizza made with sausage not beef and a sausage not a sausage pepperoni the only pizza they got right was the pepperoni
First off it was 30 mins late
Then when the pizza guy handed us the pizza his word were I hope there right
We brought the pizza up to the counter and told the lady we didn’t think the pizzas were right and she proceeded to rudely open each pizza box and slam them on the counter and swear at us cause we do think we should have to pay for pizzas that were made wrong it was the first time I have ever had a cashier swear at me and tell me that I was wrong when in actuality she was wrong. We will never be going to this Casey’s again. Very disappointing and very rude staff.

This place is disgusting from the store to the bathrooms. The bathrooms look like they are never cleaned. The walls and floor have dried human waste on it and it smells bad. When you tell the staff they said l, the next shift is cleaning them.

Ordered a pizza with customizations via the app. It was ready on time & tasted great. Was frankly not expecting a pizzeria level pie from a gas station! Will definitely order again.

I'm not sure why they are always out of basically everything. They may as well shutter the entire hot food section off as I basically never see anything in the warmers; and the 'sub station closed today' sign is at least a couple years old now. Quite a few times, when I go into the store in the evenings, there is a crowd of young kids visiting with the cashiers, also young kids, and nobody is maintaining the registers.

Absolutely horrible their phone is never hooked up to take calls so it always sends you to voicemail. If you go in there and ask for food to be made, they tell you what you have to wait several hours and then after several hours when you go in there it’s still won’t be there, the managers, horrible and smoke pot inside of the building you could smell it every time she’s in there nighttime kids slack off 24 seven when they are there never food unless it’s just cheese pizza and absolute horrible business and makes the Casey’s name look bad if the owner sees this you need to do something. And not to mention the smell of the bathroom straight horrid.

They never answer the phone, if you ask for something to be made that isn’t already made they tell you they don’t know how or just hang up. They never answer the phone half of the time it never rings. The manager Carly Martin smokes pot in the office with the general manager and do not care what they’re employees are up to or doing a good job, if you walked into the men’s bathroom you’d know. Absolutely disgusting and should be shut down or cleaned up a bit, the employees and the building.
