Computer Samurai was and is a great help for me. I had a very old system and knew I needed something new. But I am not very up on the latest thing, I ask around and was told to go to Computer Samurai in Dassel so I did. And the rest is history, Sam helped me with everything I needed. Explained everything so I understood. And has continued to be a great help. I got a complete new system, a laptop, printer and a year long help anytime I am lost program. He came to our home and set everything up. And I am so happy with it now. They are trustworthy, dependable and all around very good people to work with. Especially "Sam" . So if you are at a loss and don't know how to go about up grading , please give them a call and ask for "Sam". He will help you out.

I bought a new computer, printer and also routers and there support plan. They lined me up with what would work best for me.
They set it up, changed everything over and taught me how to use it. I tried wireless which did not work and had to go back to Spectrum. There is just to much wind on the hill where I live. Having trouble with everything not working and rebooting everything at least 2 times a week. So, Sam thought
I needed 2 routers, one in front for my ring doorbell and the other in the back. It works, no problems with constantly going off line and rebooting, again.
They can be trusted, they care, and I will be a client forever.
IT IS WELL WORTH THE MONEY, and peace of mind. Geri

Erik & Travis and the rest of the group at Computer Samurai are wonderful to work with. I can expect a return phone call and service within a short time. They have done lots of problem solving for SMA, LLC and we have 20-25 users. Erik's recommendations are backed by experience and he is well versed in his trade. He recently moved us from a server to the cloud which has been to our advantage. They are good with remote users, printers, phones, tablets, & iPads. I trust him with our business and count on the partnership I have with Computer Samurai. He is honest and goes the extra mile to make my job easier managing our IT.

Computer Samurai has been a reliable, helpful, and convenient service for both personal and business/educational needs. They are fairly timely in responding to inquiries and though one may be able to go and get something cheaper, their prices and service are worth it. Sam who I dealt with most recently was a very nice and courteous representative for the company. He answered my questions and assisted me with some matters that were above and beyond the purchase I was making. If you need something to do with technology, make a service request with them and they will likely be able to help you out, or point you in the right direction.
