I'm pleasantly surprised! Stopped here on overnight drive. Allison was very helpful with a question I had about an offer on the app. I wasn't expecting much info from experience, thought I'd ask. Allison had the whole thing down, answered my questions and went above beyond, showed me things I never knew about the app, very friendly and helpful. This was the best experience at kwik trip so far.

This Kwik Trip is the worst in the area. Their coffee is good if you can find the cups and covers. Food in the hot bar sits out too long. Popular items are not stocked. I have started driving 20 min down the road to get to the next Kwik Trip. This one needs to step it up. Maybe time to retrain

Nice station, but the lawn is completely dried out and brown about 20 dead trees they won't run the sprinklers .

I’ve visited this particular KT on numerous occasions and the service doesn’t get any better each time I visit on this particular visit all I wanted was a coffee drink machine was out of caramel syrup told the girl named chayse that it was out and she grinned at me and said this syrup is the same and said to use that and I told her it’s hard to get the exact taste from using the pump so instead of saying “ yes I will get it fixed I get argued with wow what happened to customer service I ended up walking out with no coffee but that’s ok I’ll NEVER be back.I think it’s pretty terrible that a customer gets talked to like that.

This Kwik Trip has self checkout - pretty sweet!! They also have a self serve Cold Brew that tastes pretty good and I haven't seen at any other KT's. This place is Solid

Kwik trip was great to stop at Saturday morning on my way to work and bring breakfast for my coworkers.In the last month there's nothing in the Hot case at 500amVery disappointing.I now stop at the plymonth location where the hot case is fully stocked

This particular store doesn’t impress me. Really dislike the self check, and dislike it more when I have to use it because there’s no employee at a regular register. I have come to prefer kwik trip over others because of the service and they’ll always add a cashier to help out. This just feels like you’re moving the needle the wrong direction. And I’d say I can pass judgement fairly as I stop at a kwik trip store between St. Cloud and the twin cities for gas or food no less than twice a day.

All Kwik Trips are really good but this one especially, the cashier with long dark straight hair is just the sweetest. She deserves a big bonus 😘

First time I have ever been disappointed with all the KTs I have been to in MN and especially WI was this brand new one in MG. It appears to be poorly staff and/or undertrained staff that don’t seem to understand how KTs operate.

Love the staff and all the food options!!! Would give it a 5 star but their Karuba machine that makes espresso and hot chocolate is never works properly! Ugggh. Its broken or needs cleaning, emptying etc constantly. Someone needs to be in charge of it. Plus the whipped cream is always empty.. i know, sounds pathetic but dont advertise these things if they dont work
