“I'd suggest giving Stilly's a try. It's a great alternative to Truly. The taste is phenomenal for the cleaner finer palate. It's natural. So there's no dopamine crash.
But the store... yep they'll give you a cold selection and always get you what you need. And it's easy, even if it's a full parking lot. Always great service x.”

“Elk river is a bit unique in that it restricts non-municipal liquor stores. To keep their citizens happy they have definitely made an effort to cater to recommendations and wants from their customers. Selection is pretty good with several MN based companies. I have recently been getting 1/6 kegs from the NB store and they have been great at helping me find fun and unique beers to serve in my kegerator. I will definitely continue to make purchases with them.”
“I'm from out of town and stopped by real quick to pick out a bottle of whiskey for my brother. I didn't know a good kind for Old Fashions, and an employee went out of his way to help me find something within my price range. Aaron, the manager, (Rah, Devil Dog!) rung me up at the till and was more than friendly.
Prices are very fair and the selection was pretty large from what I noticed. I'll definitely stop by the next time I'm in town.”

“I stopped by G-Will when I was driving through Ramsey. I went to pick up some beer for my husband and noticed a large selection of THC drinks. I have trouble sleeping and thought I would give them a try. The staff was so helpful explaining the different types and offered suggestions for me to try. I stopped in the following week, they remembered me and were so friendly! I will definitely be back when I'm in the area!”
“Very fast, efficient and most of time smiley people behind the counter and a lot of their prices on the beer are cheaper than most but they don't always have the best selection on their 40 oz”
“Stopped here on the way home to see if they carried the Bacardi seltzers or the Malibu cocktails. I ended up asking the manager and he looked them up on the computer, but they don't carry at their location. I ended up buying the Caribbean Jack margaritas and the Surfside vodka lemonades. Store has a lot of variety, clean and well organized. Friendly staff as well.”

“Standard smaller store with sensible variety. Good craft beer for the size and a decent singles wall. The employees are what make it great. Polite, helpful, upbeat. The manager (I think he is) has always been gracious and quick to break open a sampler case to allow me to try new IPA or two at a mere $2 a can. Much appreciated!”

“I visited this liquor store on Easter Sunday, and the best part besides the fact that they were open was that the owner of the bar himself was there with his employee that was working. I find this to be super amazing because most people feel they work for the man and always have to work holidays while the owners enjoy family so it’s super awesome to see that he was there.”

“When it comes to liquor it is all about price, price, price. This is a blue, grey, and non-starched white collar luxury not a necessity. It is a toss up between Cub and G-will. It does seem that Cub is a little better on wine and have more wine specials. Cub also does better on wine closeouts. Cubs' beer prices when on sale are typical street prices. G-will does better on day to day beer street prices and is much better on beer sale prices. Also nobody has a decent price on quality NA beers. Man I miss 3.2abv. Stupid MN Leg. Hard liquor is up for grabs between the two depending on sale prices but Cub has better bottom shelf prices and some of their bottom shelf is really not bottom shelf but I am not going to point out any whiskeys for fear they would raise the bottom shelf prices.”
