This hardware store used to be a “ma and pa” store for like 80 years now. But when Ace hardware store bought them out in 2021, everything changed, and it just feels a lot less personal and a lot more commercial. While there are some good things to that, like they can get some lower prices, and they can have a more diversified stock, there is also the bad side, the fact that it feels more like a commercial money machine, rather than a nice “ma and pa” store.

They opened the store back up and sold us shovels during a dangerous blizzard when they should've been safe at home. They are iconic Americans!

Plenty to choose from for a small town hardware store. Prices are a little high, but selection is pretty good.

They have the nicest and most helpful employees. It is a pleasure to if you need help finding something, figuring out what it how, and with a ups branch in house and a notary, they have it all.
