We have always had a poor experience, but our latest was the worst. They have very poor communication, when there was a problem with my daughter’s prescription they did not call and would not help over the phone. When I arrived they kept me waiting and would not accept the fact that I wanted dye free meds for my daughter, kept asking me why she needed them and would make me wait to check with the pharmacist for the end result to be they didn’t have it. Then when we went to a new pharmacist to get dye free, they wouldn’t send the prescription over for two hours and put them on hold 5 times! Poor service and rude workers!

The Delano CVS gals were very very helpful, knowledgeable and smiled as I did the holiday shopping in the store. They went above and beyond to help me get everything done that I needed to do.

The blonde lady with the accent in the pharmacy should really look into a new job not dealing with customers. She is short with you and doesn't care to listen. Won't look at you or smile ever. She looks like she hates her life

You can't call and talk to a person anymore. You have to leave a message. However, they DON'T call you back, not in an hour,or a day, not at all. Horrible!

i often come here to get my prescriptions, and usually they’re able to get to me within a few minutes & they communicate well. never had problems

I experienced the worst customer care ever. The lady that filled my prescription today was very rude and unprofessional. Am not sure if she was having a bad day, but she shouldn't be taking it out on customers.

I made an appointment online to get a COVID test and decided to use the drive through thinking it would be faster and easier. Could not have been more wong! First of all, I had to touch the buzzer, even though someone was standing within field of vision. Since it was an appointment, I was concerned that I was late. When the tech finally came over, she didn't know what I was talking about...and then told me "nobody gets this done anymore". She then went to the pharmacist who eventually came over. She was on the computer for a long time and said it wasn't working right...she at least apologized for the delay. Five minutes later she gave me a kit to do the test and walked me through the process. She said I should get the results shortly. She was nice and professional, though she did look at me like I had grown two heads. I waited for the results for over an hour, and since it was supposed to be a rapid test, I finally called them. The person who gave me the results was very short with me and all he said was my name, and said that it was negative. He never introduced himself, nor did he sound anywhere near pleasant. Even my husband, who could hear the call, said "wow, he was rude". I understand being short staffed, but if this service isn't anything you normally do...then maybe don't offer it.

Very, very rude man at the pharmacy! He had absolutely zero professionalism and hung up on me before I was done. I won't be back, ever!

Helpful staff! Inventory is not quite the same as most. Better selection for nutrition and supplements than the nearby grocery store. Adequate parking.

Slowest pharmacy on the planet. Wish there was another option. Stood in line for nearly 25 minutes... There where two people in front of me when I showed up, one already being helped. This is insane... 10 minutes to take care of each customer. Mind you all the perscriptions were done just no one could find them.

CVS has flu vaccine signs posted all over. I walked in and was told they could not accommodate. Went next door to Coborn’s pharmacy and they took care of me!! Avoid this location.

Poor customer service, snippy, and rude. They make you feel like an inconvenience for coming in. Been going to a different location for years and had great experiences, but have been shocked by every time I go to the Delano location how poor the experience is.
