VERY understaffed. At least, I assume that's time case. I've been in twice this week to pick prescriptions. The first time, I waited in line for 30 minutes. Today, I was told it'd take 45-60 minutes to fill my prescription. It took 90. And I think it would have taken longer had I not said something. I live 20 minutes away from this pharmacy.... waiting this long for 15 pills just isn't worth it.

I wish I could give no stars but I can’t! I only still go here cause my parents always have a great experience and I hope I do to one day! But they always seem to be so rude! Today the lady Donna was great though first time having a nice window lady thank you! But my problem was when I was told to come back in 20 min for my other prescription I received a message that they where out of stock and to call and talk to the pharmacist for we can find a different location for I can get my medication! So I proceeded to call and who ever answered the phone basically told me nope don’t want to help you and we are to busy for you and nope we will not help you find your medication so I’m just out of it! So not sure what to do!

The pharmacy there is awful. There is this pharmacist who's ethnicity is of color (parden me I don't know her name or another way to describe her) she is the most rude and self entitled person I have ever met. She never has a smile on her face. When she answers your questions it's always very direct and snarkey. She makes you feel as if the question you are asking is of no value and shouldn't have been asked in the first place. I can't believe this women is still allowed to work there and has been for a long time now. This is the type of people CVS in Delano hires. I don't reccomend going there. I only do because it's convenient and I have been for over 10 yrs prior to her being there.

Apparently CVS thinks they know better than my Dr. what prescriptions I need or don't need filled, which is BS. IMHO avoid this pharmacy. Front of the store is great.

I have never been in a pharmacy drive through that takes so long. If there's more than 2 cars I know at minimum it will be atleast a 20 minute wait..... 3 cars including myself! I'm currently in it now, I got in line as the 5th car. 32 minutes later and I'm finally next. If I don't have young kids with me, there's no way I'd ever wait if there's 2 or more cars. Come on, do better. The lady who works full-time at the window is very nice but incredibly slow and too chatty. If there's going to be a wait on the perscription of 5 minutes or more, tell them to get back in line. Walgreens does this and trust me it sounds counterintuitive but it actually works very well! In and out at Walgreens!

I always get my prescriptions but don’t count on them to contact you when it’s ready, like any other pharmacy would. I waited 9 days until I finally checked the app, I understand understaffing but I doubt notifying people has ever been in their routine.

Walk in today after getting the call. The employees realize they’re not open until 10 and literally close the gate and start laughing. What a joke.

This location is the worst. Staff is rude and completely incompetent, especially Jackie B who works there now... great for them I guess. No one knows where anything is and I constantly have troubles with my prescriptions.

Absolutely horrible customer service. My daughter was given a prescription on Wednesday. I called at 12:30 PM on Friday to ask about picking it up and was told it wouldn't be ready until 2 PM. The price was outlandish. I found a good RX coupon and downloaded the coupon on my phone. The pharmacy NEVER told me I had to call back to have the prescription re-processed. I arrived at 2:00 to pick up the prescription was only then they now needed another 15 to 20 minutes to re-process it. They called me at 2:20 when I was already trapped in their drive-through line and told me they still needed another 20 minutes to continue processing it. Absolutely horrible customer service and they're telling me they don't understand why I'm upset. Unbelievable!

Terrible location. Understaffed with stressed employees. Some try to be helpful but at least one pharmacist was so blase they were like a robot. No description of the drugs or possible side effects. Nothing! Just pay and leave. Driving to Buffalo from now on. I'm sure COVID has no helped this location but there is zero customer service.
