I forgot to catch the name of the lady who cut my hair today. She seemed newer there because I haven't seen her before. However, she cut my hair perfectly. She had the pink gear boxes on her table. Exactly how I want it cut. Really awesome job. I want her to cut my hair every time. Everyone tends to screw it up or not cut my hair the way I want it. Thank you!!

My boyfriend went to get a haircut and they didn't listen to anything he asked for. When he tried to correct her she agreed and continued with her way of doing things. Looked nothing like the photo he had shown her from prior cuts

I don't know what it is about Great Clips, but they can't seem to figure out how to do a simple men's haircut. It's always uneven, choppy and unappealing

This great clips is so ridiculous- I was on the waitlist and I show up and they close at 5…. Mind I I walk in at 4:59 and because I am there at 5 they will not take me! Second time this has happened to me! That’s okay! I will take my business somewhere else and give them my tip! When I checked in they said I have 13 mins and 2 people ahead of u when I get there no one is there and sorry I have to go! Terrible

The wait time is 60-90 minutes often because this place seems more like a social club than a business. Be aware if you’re on any schedule that this location is more for the elderly in the area or thosewho don’t have a schedule

I went there 15 minutes before closing, and they helped me right away on a Saturday. The service was great, the stylist who helped me was very pleasant and very efficient.

Called to make an appointment. I am told they don't accept appointments and it is walk-in only.Show up at 6pm, the time I wanted to make an appointment for, and am told they are booked up for the night with over an hour wait time.Would not recommend. Keep getting your business from your regulars. I hope it keeps you afloat. I will go with somewhere that respects my time.
