“Really appreciate a 24/7 local place that also offers virtual coaching and training for the times we are out of town. The virtual classes are great, and have a lot of variety. We are planning to have CoachK help with pantry clean-up and set up some workouts we can do remotely.”

“Simply amazing gym. On top of having all sorts of gym equipment, the owner, Tim, has included tons of other equipment; Maces, heavy bats, slacking, and my personal favorite ROCK CLIMBING equipment. On top of the equipment Tom has built a great community at the gym. Easy owner to talk to and goes out of his way to help you and remembers your interactions.”
“I love everything about this place! Dr. Kristi and Coach Merrick's nutrigenomics testing has empowered me to understand my genes and customize my diet and lifestyle according to my unique genetic blueprint. No more trying fad diets and random workout plans - now I know exactly what I need for life. Well worth the investment!”
“Our boys and even our family spends a lot of time here on the weekends. Great spot for the kids to play basketball while Mom and Dad walk laps. Our older kids enjoy the workout area as well.”
“Spencer and Zak are amazing trainers!
I appreciate that they encourage me to do as much as I can, but make sure I don’t get hurt in the process. Strongly recommend.”

“It's a small gym yet has a great place to work out if you don't have a home gym . We have a home gym and still will go to use there equipment. Up to date on workouts . The owner treats you like family our sons growing up years ago that is where they where able to go late or when they didn't use our home gym . would give this place 10 if we could rate them that high . Thank you for a great gym and the small town treats you like family atmosphere ...”

“I really like working out here. The equipment is in good condition and diverse in functionality. A big drawback (for me) though is that the place is a bit small, and if it gets even a little busy at peak times, it feels quite crowded. Overall, it's a great place.”
“My son did an after school workout program at Crow River CrossFit before his basketball season started. The instructors, the level of workouts, and the results were outstanding! He felt motivated by beating his own personal bests each time and felt the level of instruction by the coaches were great. I would 100% recommend the youth programs to others. I am looking forward to signing him up for the summer program.”
