“Fantastic gym! Kristin, the owner, is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has all the equipment you need for a great workout. Plus, the pricing is very reasonable, making it a great option for anyone looking for quality and value.”

“Tim is such an awesome owner, you can tell he really cares about the wellbeing of his patrons. I also appreciate the drinks for sale, has really come in a clutch when I need the extra pick me up before a workout. Only critique is that I wish wiping down equipment after use was enforced more, but that’s more on the patrons than the business. Glad I decided to join”
“Our boys and even our family spends a lot of time here on the weekends. Great spot for the kids to play basketball while Mom and Dad walk laps. Our older kids enjoy the workout area as well.”
“Actual 1 Star Review - marked 5 because it's not staffs fault
Corperate/Ownership: do you hate making money?
Your cancellation process and contract structure guarantee that I'll never sign up again - when you're in the retention business (I am too), and a client terminates, unless they're truly a POS, you help them cancel in a way that makes everyone happy. Reason being? When they're ready to come back, they'll likely come to you. But when your process is as bone-headed and backwards as yours, you guarantee that I'll never sign up again. Eventually, you'll run out of new customers, and the way you handled existing ones will shoot you in the foot. Couple grand and a huge pain later, glad that you guys no longer have access to my bank account. Again, not mad at staff, they're following orders, but whoever is issuing the orders, seriously sit down and do the math on how much you're losing by handling offboarding this way. How much higher would LTGP be if your LTV doubled because people sign up twice, instead of once on average, for the same duration? You literally only have to pay CAC once, if you double LTGP, you 4x profitability… It's math, figure it out smh”

“It's a small gym yet has a great place to work out if you don't have a home gym . We have a home gym and still will go to use there equipment. Up to date on workouts . The owner treats you like family our sons growing up years ago that is where they where able to go late or when they didn't use our home gym . would give this place 10 if we could rate them that high . Thank you for a great gym and the small town treats you like family atmosphere ...”

“I like the small intimate size of the gym, it has everything I need to complete my goal. For me I do not need anything fancy and the times I go in the morning are not busy at all. I hear about people complain about the not wearing outside shoes, which I totally understand. Anywho's I have been a memeber for about a month or two and I love it”
“CrowRiver Sport and Fitness was just what I needed to kick my butt back in gear. There has never been a moment where I haven't felt welcomed or important.
