“Wonderful store owners and people. I ship all of my UPS packages or Amazon returns here. They get all of my packages out on time including Overnight. They also treat my 10 year old son who drops off my packages like one of their own. This is the only place in town I go to and trust with my UPS packages and Amazon Returns. Also they have a cute store so check that out as well!”

“This is a FedEx drop inside the Dollar General in Rockford. So let me give you the highest praise I can think of. I walked in with a large box. There were two of you and you stopped talking to each other and told me the drop off was almost exactly where I was standing. You scanned my item with 30 seconds, I got an almost immediate text, you wished me a good day, and I was off with a drink.THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!Hey USPS, if you had to compete, you'd be left in the dust.”

“Updated review:The employees now tell you there is no overnight shipping which I respect. I’m just happy we have a drop off location that accepts ups packages. Upgraded from 2 to 4 stars. This drop off is fine and the people are nice but overnight isn’t overnight it’s about 2-3 days. I spend a of money and do a lot of shipping and overnight shipping and almost none of my overnight packages make it there on time anymore. A lot of unhappy customers that I have to tell it’s in UPS’s hands and this location just isn’t as fast as the old UPS store we had in town. The location of this drop off is inside the front door on the left where they sell lottery tickets. They’re very kind and helpful but shipping time for overnight is not good. UPS driver comes between 2-4 weekdays. I hope they can figure it out or I’ll have to look into FedEx or USPS expedited.”

“I go there once a month and I cannot say enough good things about the woman who works in the front. She's wonderful, always goes above and beyond with a smile on her face. Going to the post office is not a hassle when she's working. It's unfortunate that people leave negative reviews because the employees are not allowed to supply customers with tape. Bring your own.”
