Sometimes it's busy, but luckily they let me put my packages that are ready to ship (and I don't need a receipt ) on the counter that's not being used, vs having to wait in line. No issues with mail delivery/packages received either.

Everyone there is and was super nice to me. Helped me when I was having an anxiety attack about not being able to find my package. Patience was outstanding!
