Apparently low reviews are kind of cvs’ thing. Had my meds all day, didn’t bother to fill them, didn’t bother to let me know that they were out of another of them. Cashier was useless. As we’re the employees.

Thank you so much for returning my card. And thank you Mickey, for realizing that it was me, the hapless guy losing his sunglasses and his credit card. You are a treasure, CVS is lucky to have you. Everybody I met from the checkouts to the pharmacy, filling my sister’s prescription for Paxlovid at 7 and taking the time to explain everything to us, everybody was thoughtful and courteous. Five stars. Thank you!

Prescription was faxed in. Came to pick it up the next morning and was told it had to be hand delivered. Doctor office hand delivered it. Called several times and was told I still did not have a prescription. Doctors office called and was told I did not have a account with them although when I called the pharmacy and gave my birthday it replied with my name. Said I had to come in. Came in to pick it up and they then looked to see if they had any and they didn’t . Very rude! No apology. Took prescription and went elsewhere.

If I could give 0 I would. Never had my scheduled monthly prescription available. Always in late. The rudest pharmacy staff I have ever encountered. Switched pharmacy and they didnt even transfer all my prescriptions as requested.

They bent my wife’s card almost in half when she went to load money onto it and didn’t even get an apology or anything. So sad.

The Mayo Clinic called in my prescription 24 hours ago, and it's still not ready. Called there, and they said it could be Monday. But the workers were rude and disrespectful on the phone! They acted like it was my fault! I will be changing pharmacies immediately! I will not tolerate someone in the customer service field talking to me in that manner! I've never had to wait this long to get my scripts. Ridiculous! DO NOT GO TO CVS IN DETROIT LAKES, MN!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! AND WHO KNOWS WHEN YOU'LL ACTUALLY GET THE MEDS YOU NEED!!

Cvs filled out my prior authorization wrong. They said it would be a week before I would recieve them. They took no ownership of their mistake. Theyre best remedy was to tell me that my pysciatrist should fill it out faster for them. No. Ownership.

NEED TO UPDATE HOURS ON GOOGLE. I came in at 5:30 for a couple things and the cashier rudely told me that they close in 20 minutes (at 6). I was only coming in for a few things and was out of there by 5:35, don't see why she needed to rudely tell me that. Regardless, if you want people to know your hours, maybe you should correct them on Google—the place where most people look for hours of a business.

This CVS is deplorable, they consistently make mistakes on prescriptions which are never ready when promised.The staff are incompetent and rude.They set your phone up with a robocaller calling you and leaving lengthy voicemails that you cannot block. I have received these calls 6 to 8 times per day with no mercy.The store is filthy and the men's rest room is disgusting, it hasn't been thoroughly cleaned in several years.Overall this store is a serious threat to the public.

Pharmacist was rude and had no empathy. Would not recommend ever going here for any medical needs. Don’t even bother getting Covid tested her cause they have no time apparently even tho nobody is ever in the drive through

The CVS on line “system” showed there were no drive through COVID testing appointments available at the Detroit Lakes, MN store but clearly there was no traffic there. Upon inquiry at the store I was told to “keep trying” because the system wasn’t operating properly. I did so with no luck. I was then told to utilize a store 40 miles away when it was clear the Detroit Lakes testing capability was not being utilized. I was told that a lot of people were having the same issue.

If co could give the Pharmacy a negative star i would. The pharmacist is rude. Went to pick up a perscription & needed to change the insurance. Told me to come back in 1/2 hour to get it. It had been taken completely off the shelf. When i told them just to fill & i will get reimbused he snapped at me about telling them to change insurance & walked away. Im not sure if they are even going to fill it.
