Nowhere I’ve seen that they don’t have but 1 lift that will pick up a 3/4 Ram truck. Nothing “quick” about their quick change if you have to make an appointment and wait a week.

Just closed the deal on my Ram Rebel. They didn't ask the time I needed to get the tech set up. They were upfront about costs and pricing. They have me a good deal on my trade.

Terrible service department manager. We asked if they could look at my '21 Ram ECO Diesel that had a massive coolant leak after explaining we just travelled 400+ miles to We Fest from Iowa and had to pull a 32ft camper home a few days later. Service manager told us that his diesel tech was gone for the week. I asked if they could just look at it and he told us no, and that we could try just filling it up with coolant and good luck. Completely not helpful. We're not taking a diesel fuel system problem, any tech could have looked at it and made the same repair we got done 70+ miles away at Dakota Chrysler in North Dakota! Had to spend $80 bucks on coolant for a truck under warranty to get it there. At least they were much more helpful. Thanks for nothing!

I went to the Quicklane for a quick oil change with my vehicle. Since my vehicle is not a Ford Jeep or Ram I will give them a little bit of a pass for a mixup, but they could have saved themselves some embarrassment too pretty easily. When writing up the service they mentioned putting a certain oil in it. The guy at the counter said "i was pretty surprised it took "oil X" and not "oil Y". Well he should have been surprised because it in fact takes "oil Y". I let it bug me until I got home and then checked my book, the sticker under the hood, everything I could find, there was no wiggle room here it takes a specific type of oil and that's not what they put in it. So I gave them a call and they really didn't argue. I give them a lot of credit for owning the mistake and swapping the oil out for the right stuff. I wasn't really upset by any of it, and nothing was a huge issue until I asked for paperwork documenting that they used the right oil knowing there was a record of the wrong oil being used. My vehicle has quite a bit of warranty left, and the guy at the counter seemed to shrug off that using the wrong oil would matter, but I'm not so confident and I'd hate for $10 in oil be the difference in me getting a new engine or not if it were to fail. We eventually did get the issue figured out and I now have the documentation I wanted, but it was surely an adventure. I will give a lot of credit to Shannon at the quick lane desk for handling my issue and a handful of other customers all at the same time, alone, and with a lot of grace and positive attitude. They were extremely busy and it could have gone south in a hurry if she hadn't been on top of things.

I purchased a used Ford Escape in 2016 from Webber Family Motors, and it's been a really good car for me, especially in the winter. This summer, however, the A/C fan started making a sound like a lawn mower, so I brought it to a competitor thinking it would be cheaper than the dealership. After two days of working on it, they threw up their hands and said that I'd have to take it to Ford. My initial estimate for the fix was $1200!! But Ford had just come out with a bulletin about this problem, so Bob, the Service Manager, used a Ford customer program to waive all but $100 of the cost. I didn't ask for a deal and would have paid the full amount because I need my car! Not only did they fix the problem, but they delivered my car to me next door because I work a 10 hour shift and can't get away. And it was washed to boot! Webber Motors did the right thing by me, and for that I am a customer for life.
