“He was amazing, got a software problem and an activation problem sent it into apple, came back with just a black screen and could hear everything else like phone calls. I could feel deep down something was wrong, I brought it into him and it turned out apple never connected the screen back together and never gave back some of the screws and parts, he helped fix my problem and screw down the parts that needed to be and walked us through it each step of the way and was amazing help. Definitely go to Mike again for anything I or anyone else i may know again for help!!!!!!!!”

I can’t say enough good things about working with Chad. He is relatable, professional, and knows exactly what he’s doing. All the reasons I came to the store instead of trying to switch carriers at home on my own. Any snag we hit, he knew what to do. Days later I received our phone in the mail for a brand new line, he had it up and running in minutes.
