“The Engens are pretty amazing people, who are willing to go well above and beyond for their customers. I called them with a very strange request. My elderly parents are at home with COVID and Dad isn't able to get good quality meat delivered. My dad's diet pretty much consists of meat and pastries, so I really wanted to help him with that, but I'm a few hours away. I called this company thinking they might offer courier services. Even though they do not, Linda and her sister-in-law immediately went to work to see how they could help me. Both of them responded and offered to pick up the meat and deliver it to my parents for free. They talked to their husbands who remember my dad from his teaching years and all of them rallied together to help me. I'm totally blown away. “Best apartment I have ever lived. Gorgeous apartments, gorgeous location, well kept grounds. Fast maintenance (though seldom needed!) quiet and friendly community, onsite management easy to work with and get ahold of. Hard to hear neighbors through the walls, even when they vacuum or run laundry. I cannot recommend Northview highly enough. They are worth the rent cost, in my opinion, where many places just are not. I have always felt safe and secure and totally at home here. Management is communicative about changes/cleaning/any going-ons in the building, the place is always impeccably clean. I once had a beeping fire alarm and Patrick was able to replace within the hour.Would continue renting from them if I was not moving to another city!”
