Andrea went above and beyond the call of duty helping me with the gas pump today - I was unfamiliar with how it worked - she came outside twice to get me situated - and it's a really cold day. She was pleasant and patient - AND told me my hair is pretty. :D She's an asset to North Shore Plaza, for sure. The best.
