With respect to my disability in my arthritis in my hands, the clerk is always willing to turn the bottle cap over for me and shred the paperwork. I appreciate Essentia Detroit Lakes Pharmacy! They have a drive thru, drop off, and pick up counters. If you are looking for intelligent employees, you are inbusiness! I consider the smiles! Happy/ fully competent! very well covered for the different clientele...hospital, ER, clinic, ⁰and outside public. Thank you for making me feel welcome!”

They worked like a team to move people through as fast as they could, yet still were kind and thoughtful! They also managed to take care of their regular non-covid customers, while dealing with the steady stream of vaccinations. They all need a raise!”

“They were EXTREMELY helpful in trying to arrange a one-time out of town medication refill. I was having trouble getting the doc's office to send it to the different pharmacy, in the proper format, and in a timely fashion. Without the Wal-mart pharmacy staff, I would have had to go six days without a vital prescription. I was impressed by their care and persistance and I'd trust them any time with the care of my prescription needs.”
