I hadn't had the tank at the summer cabin filled for a number of years and, upon contacting Ferrellgas, I found out that somehow my street address in another state was mistakenly connected to the Detroit Lakes city and zip code (which is why I hadn't ever received correspondence about my propane service for nearly a decade). The error was corrected immediately and I was able to get a delivery scheduled within the week. The technician delivering the propane also took the time to provide extremely helpful details about the servicing and safety of my tank, which was greatly appreciated. Kudos to all on this all-around fabulous service!”
